The cancellation email that you received includes the amount of your account balance. Please click the link to fill out a Cancellation Form by June 5th. Refunds will be send with the same method used to pay the camp fee.
You will receive an email from the Camp Daniel Registrar asking for your preference in the processing of your account balance. You will have the same options as campers; see “Handling of Camp Fees” section above.
If an agency was responsible for payment, we will notify them that we have cancelled the session. If you sent in additional money for gift shop and/or snack stand, then a Cancellation Form must be filled out for that account balance.
At this time, rollover is not an option in the refund process. You can transfer your balance to a Camp Daniel digital gift card to be used at The Trading Post (gift shop online).
You can use all or a portion of your account balance towards a Camp Daniel gift card in any amount. A new camp t-shirt can soften the blow of camp being cancelled and offer something to look forward to! The digital gift card can be used to purchase merchandise at the online shop, The Trading Post. You can also buy a gift card for someone else who would love some new Camp Daniel gear.

Prayer- Pray that God will give us emotional strength. Summer Camp has always been our reward at the end of a long year of hard work preparing to best serve our campers and volunteers. We will miss the recharge that each life-changing summer brings. Pray that God will bring forward donations to help get us through these trying times. We are facing an unprecedented financial strain as an organization and as individuals, as our missionaries have lost donations and the income from odd jobs that help make ends meet.
Donation- Please consider a donation of any size to help us make up for a financial shortcoming of 20%. We are dedicated to stewarding these resources wisely to continue to provide the best programs and opportunities for our campers as we serve you in the future.
While we are not able to meet in person this summer, we are working on ways to gather online with our Camp Daniel family. We are hosting weekly video calls via Zoom every Wednesday at 3pm CT to help connect while social distancing. It’s in no way a replacement of our time spent together at a week of camp, but we are already thankful for the campers and volunteers who have joined these online meetings. Head to campdaniel.org/events/zoom for more information.
